Some days stuff gets done without any effort, and some times I procrastinate for days.

Does anybody know a book or a program to help improve planning/productivity?

No Motivational content like Tony Robbins please...
just practical stuff.

Thanks

When you say procrastinate, what do you mean?

Do you have defined tasks with deadlines you can't be bothered to touch?
Or do you have nothing to do right now and can't be bothered to figure out what you should start on?
Do you just do things last minute and want to get better at starting earlier?

When people say they "procrastinate" it can mean a huge variety of things. Sure work's not getting done in any case but the reality is you need to solve the "why" (aren't you working) in that equation before you can work on the "how" (to fix it).

I'm basically working on 2 projects atm, nothing really special. One is just an Ebook I am writing (50% done)
The other project is making a digital information product about communication, (not really sure what format I want to use for it.)

I think my problem is that I can't focus on one thing for long enough, because I get excited about starting another project.
I then make the mistake of abandoning the old project before finishing it...

Then other things need to get done and BOOM I've lost all momentum and then I'm basically action faking...

You said you have two projects on the go, is your problem that you go back and forth between the two projects too much, or that you get caught up with a totally unrelated random pursuit?
