Hey everyone,
I'm new here and thought I would take some time to explain my situation. I am 19 years old and looking to start my own beverage brand. Without getting into industry specifics, I feel it safe to say that my formulation will revolutionize the specific category I am looking to get into. I believe in myself and my idea and feel very strongly about the potential success. The problem is, that being 19, I have no more than several thousand dollars to invest in my idea at best. Borrowing the amount of capital I would need to make this successful isn't an option from either family or banks. (This is a lot more than some cheap importing biz that you can set up for next to nothing). I am struggling with how to get going on this and it's killing me as I feel the only alternatives would be slowlane such as going back to school or working some terrible job, neither of which I feel would be beneficial for me now or in the future. I was wondering if anyone on here had some advice, general or specific, that would be of help. Perhaps there are some low cost ways to startup that I am unaware of. Any informative answers are greatly appreciated!
