I haven't seen this video on this forum but I think it's important to talk about this deadly habit that concerns majority of young males

Actually this no-fap community is a rising trend on the internet, participants report many benefits coming from the masturbation and porn fast.

I believe it's a widespread problem and many of us should quit fapping to strenghten the will and fix the reward system of our brain.
Just try it, for one week. It can be the first step to change your lifestyle and mindset.
