Where are the most recent threads?

Two questions.

I can no longer see the 'most recent' threads that used to appear on the top of the page. I've tried it on two different computers in two different IPs and got nothing. I use firefox for the fastlane, if that makes a difference (viva chrome!)

Second, is there a way to block people from following you? It's rather annoying gaining $25 and subsequently losing $25 every time somebody decides to click one of the two buttons.

Or is there at least a way to block being notified each time that happens?
