My most frustrating words are...

......."going to" or "need to." Words of procrastination. Ever say, I'm "going to" or I "need to" and then do nothing until you remind yourself, whatever it was and then you say it again?

STOP THE MADNESS!​

I'm noticing how counter productive those two words together are. I realize more than ever they tell my subconscious to procrastinate. I'm so aware of how counter productive it is when I say those words that now when say those words, It really gets my attention. I get up and do something that is acting on whatever it is that I said I was "going to" do right then. Now it is "I'm doing" something.
