Hey guys,
As you may have ready my forum threads/posts I'm an active Realtor and Real Estate investor as well as dipping into e-commerce as of lately.
I have recently purchased two homes on lease-options (that I put renters on rent-to-own programs) that see great returns. My brokerage has an amazing system of finding these candidates and I can hand-pick from the pile to get the best candidates if I'd like to invest on my own.
The trouble I'm having is I'm maxed out in the mortgage qualification and am looking for income partners. I'll provide most of the cash if they use their income/credit to get the mortgage.
I've loved the cashflow from this and believe someone who's looking for a great investment on the forums would see the value in this too...
Is there an appropriate place to post a thread like this?
