I started a lead based website that provides instant connections between people and hand picked and screened tax professionals. My only concern is will I be liable for lawsuit if one of the people that I hand picked for my database ends up doing something unethical for someone I matched them with. I know this is not a law forum but I thought I would ask anyway.

Is there a terms of service I can use to stay out of court?
