I am currently a rising senior in college, and lucky for me I have used the little money and one credit card I have wisely thus far. I am at a stage where I feel I should get a better handle on how I can maximize the interest and returns I get on my invested money.
Is there a free excel spreadsheet that anyone can suggest to me that would allow me to see the different returns I would get with different combinations of terms (sum, interest rate, term, etc)? I would of course input rates and terms, etc.
I essentially want to be able to manage my own money, maximize the returns on it and see how I can do this with different combinations of instruments and their terms, without having to give over my information to sites like mint.com. http://mint.com/
