I am kinda ignorant as to when and where these meets are, could someone please enlighten me?

B&P (Beer and Pancakes) has met for the last 4 years. It is usually scheduled for the last week in February and consists of presentations by forum members. The topics covered range from real estate to web design, SEO to personal motivation. There is a lot of first hand experience at these meet ups which most people find to be very beneficial. They have been meeting in Scottsdale, Az. for the past few years.

I'm not sure what they'll do in the future. Maybe they could use GoToMeeting for the keynote speakers such as MJ. I haven't used Skype so that may be essentially the same thing.

I think we tried to Skype in Andres last year. The results weren't good. Not sure why though.

Here is a short list of topics covered just today. More coming tomorrow.

RealOG and Biophase opened up the welcome and introductions.
Bio really outdoes himself each year that he busts his butt trying to make this event go off without a hitch. Thanks goes out to Bio for his hard work.

KungFuSteve started out the presentations with a different look at advertising. He has grown his business using new techniques. Lots of good questions, exchanges, and observations followed.

MikeC followed by talking about internet marketing and SEO. He brought out some good points about SEO.

RealOG changed his presentation at the last minute to talk about expected value and buying/selling decisions. It was interesting stuff to see what has been quantified about our buying and selling decisions.

SteveO followed with a talk about the state of the apartment market today. There were some good numbers to look at but SteveO is not happy with the way the current Cap Rate rating system is being used.

The lunch was great, sitting outdoors in good company discussing strategy and lessons learned.

After lunch Biophase shared with us about how he has tweaked some of his existing online businesses to draw out more profit with less hassle.

I had to step out after the Biophase presentation. The next few were on the schedule but I was not there to see them.

MonTexan did a presentation about facts and fallicies concerning the oil and gas drilling industry.

BFLBob Jr? talked about The Art of Deception

Lighthouse expanded on the topic of Affiliate Marketing,

JayKLA? talked about Tshirt design, selling and distribution.

After a break we all had supper at RealOG's house. Thank you RealOG and Ms. RealOG for your hospitality.

Later there were things that happened that may not be revealed to the general public. I do think there is pictorial evidence that can be bought for a price though.
