I work for a company in the sales dept. Would it be against the law to offer leads that I have for sale? I have an idea for a website but I just don't know how legal it would be. Most of my leads are generated by me, the company does not provide them to me. Does that make them mine to do with as I wish? Could I just post an ad on ebay to sell the contact info to the highest bidder?
