If you hang out with other entrepreneurs, feel a bond, help you stay motivated and keep you in a positive feedback loop, well go ahead.
But in your 20s your primary focus should be doing everything that works in your favor in increasing your long term net worth. So if your relationship helps you in that then go ahead.
When I was actively in insurance and investment sales I hang out almost exclusively with boomers. They have the leads, resources and money where I have the IT technical know how. It was a perfect match.
Now I no longer do much active sales so when I hang out with them I talk and learn about real estate knowledge from them.
I have a good gen Z friend who is a crypto bro. He updates me about the latest market trends and what are the new trading app that we can pump our trading volume in it to qualify for airdrops later.
Making friends is not difficult when you are free and have money. Just go to any meet up or social appointments, spend a few hundred dollar and tell them the food and drinks is on you. Everyone will remember you and like you and from there you can filter out who is a good potential friend that you and invest your time to hang out more.
Making friends when you have money and time is easy. Making money is hard. Do the hard thing first.
