Question About Fastlane Concept

Hello,

I am currently reading The Millionaire Fastlane and I had a question about one of the topics so I thought I would ask. At the end of the Slowlane section of the book there is a list of 7 Slowlane dangers. Additionally, in the chapter summary it states and I am paraphrasing here that 5 of these can not be controlled meaning that 2 cannot be controlled. I cannot figure out which of these can be controlled. One is obviously lifestyle as that is covered in the next part but is the other the danger of the Sidewalk isn't that also a Lifestyle Servitude problem? Because I know the other thing dictating the Slowlane is intrinsic value but the other things here like job, health, ect are clearly things you can not control. I hope my question makes some sense as I do have a tendency to overthink things. Also let me know if there is any way I can approach the presentation of this better if my post is unclear. Thank you.
