Hi MJ and everyone,

I’m so excited to become a member of the community here. I think this forum and the community you have created are so invaluable, and you are here every day to reply to people are just so incredible. I just wanted to thank you for all of your hard work that put into this forum and the books you have written!

I have just finished TMF and Unscripted. They are so inspiring and opened up my eyes to another world. I’d say I agreed with most of things that you said in the books!! I really want to become a member of the unscripted one day

I have always hated my day job. For a long time, I thought it’s the problem of my occupation, that I just chose the wrong career. I kept thinking what was that I really wanted to do, but I just couldn’t find anything that I wanted to study, or anything I’m really ‘passionate’ about. I was interested in baking and thought about opening a bakery before, so I tried working in a bakery and turned out it made me hate it (biggest mistake for believing to find my passion for years, and it really make people to think selfishly). Having a job has no freedom and every work day feels like a prison for me. Now I realized that freedom is the most important thing that I value in life.

I guess starting my own business has always been in the back of my mind, but it had been crushed by my environment and my own mindset, thinking that I need a lot of money to make a lot of money, and since I am not from a rich family, it has always seemed so far-fetched to me.

Until a few months ago, after reading some books and watching some YouTubers, I was so enlightened and completely changed my mindset about myself and the world. I started to realize that money is a mindset and so does everything in life. I learned to love myself and found the purpose of my life, now I believe I will be able to achieve my dreams. I didn’t really know what was the moment that clicked for me, but I really want to help others to achieve that and be able to start pursuing their dreams as well. I would say that I’m no longer struggling mentally anymore, now I can see what other people’s struggles are, and I believe that I can help them, and I also realized that the biggest happiness in life is serving other people.

I'm planning to start a YouTube channel on mental health. Although I don’t know exactly how I’m gonna do it yet, I believe I will be able to produce a ‘productocracy’ to provide value for other people and spread positivity to the world I just quit my full-time job and only have a part-time job right now. I want more time to study for business and produce content. I’m also starting a dropshipping website with my friend to gain some experience point on business. So now I’m having some financial pressure, but I hope that it will force me to go all in on the businesses.

That’s a pretty long intro haha, thank you for reading it to the end!

Ying

Sorry to hear about that!
