.reclaimed pallet wood. I can get pallets for free..found plans for chairs, sitting benches, storage units, etc. They sell for a good price.

Problem with wood pallets is that they are very rough. Alot of sanding is needed because the company that makes them, makes them for the purpose of storage. Not sure how a clear coat would work. Also are a pain in the a$$ to de-nail.

For starters, call local companies and ask them what they charge. Don't call the guys that are just looking for weekend beer money. Those guys will work all day and usually charge just enough for a 24 pack of beer. Call the legit companies and get their pricing then go from there.
