5am: Suite Burgamasque plays as my alarm. I wake up and look out over the lake depending on if the sun is up yet. Make my bed. I throw on some clothes and go to the gym with my friends.
6: Workout. Always going up in weight. It’s either upper body or lower body day.
7: Come home. Check that the day has been started and my office admin has taken care of a couple things from my phone. I have some decaf coffee from my kurig. I make some breakfast and listen to music. Something like “It’s a great day to be alive” by Travis tritt while I have breakfast and look out over the water. I’m eating an omelet today.
Then give thanks to God for another awesome day and go kick some a$$.
