A producer from Uruguay who uploaded a short film to YouTube in November 2009 has been offered a $30m (£18.6m) contract to make a Hollywood film.

My first job in the US was to creating 3D animation for video game. There is no such thing called luck in the animation world. It's all about the story telling, talents and hard working, plus the investment on super powerful computer equipment and team works.

In the old day, I have to sit there hours watching and rendering a 5 minutes clip. One small mistake will drive you nut. You have to start over again.

These guys are very good at it. They deserve!
