Has anyone read this supposedly legendary book? Its selling for $500 on Amazon in leatherback. The guy seems reputable enough. But his book is crazy priced.

It has good info on doing business deals and explains how to actually do them not some theory that sounds nice but isn't actionable like many 'entrepreneurial' books which are filled with roses and happy thoughts.
