Hi everyone, My Names Narek,
I am 22 years old and im one year away from getting my bachelors in Civil Engineering from Cal State Northridge. Ive recently become very fascinated with Real Estate and have been focusing heavily on that path. I have recently gotten a job at a small real estate office near my home.
The work environment is great, my boss is really down to earth and understanding, and i feel like im definitely in the right place to get my real estate career started. However i always feel like i am wasting time not really advancing, as if im stuck doing mundane things.
There are days when i am alone in the office and have no one to really talk to to gain some knowledge, my next step is to get my real estate license asap, but like i said, i feel like i could be doing more.
I am just curious as to what you guys might recommend someone in my position to do. I have always been the person to never be comfortable with anything or to feel like i have put in enough work, there is always more!
Any advice, or tips or even a conversation would mean a lot, i really appreciate the knowledge on this website and am looking really forward to hearing from someone about anything.
