Here is an awesome example of writing that builds trust:
My Vending Uncle
I came across this while researching vending as a passive income business that would impart some good experience. I did buy his ebook and learned some good stuff, but more importantly I think you can learn just from reading his sales pitch. He has a sincere "talking to you as a friend" feel that comes out in his writing which led to my purchasing his ebook. I noticed similar feelings of trust in his testimonials.

I think your information was very, very valuable. You're a very good writer. I couldn't stop reading it and read it in one sitting. I loved reading your story and I think it is a great overview for someone like myself who has no idea what the vending business is about.
I think your guarantee was a great idea. I think that's what made the sale for me. Also, your writing is very personal and honest. I felt like I could trust you. It was easily worth the $20.
Thanks so much for writing a great advice book.
Take care.

I think the information I received was great. I am taking over a location that has been successful for the last 6 years.. I can tell you are an honest person and I value your insights. I now feel if I want to expand this business all the info you gave me will be awesome!
Thanks, Brett Fish
All in all, a great fastlane (selling his ebook) and a great sales pitch that builds trust and effectively leads to the sale.
