I am currently writing a ebook. After the book is completed i will set up a sales webpage and possibly amazon. If i have success, i plan to move on to another project and repeat. I may sell the website site on Flippa or some other market place.
I was wondering what is the best business structure for such a venture? Etc tax benefits.
What other legal issues will i need to address in the sale of ebooks?
(I am located in the US, Texas to be exact. I understand State laws differ for federal, so general answers are ok.)
