Anyone doing WP site maintenance here before I head over to Fiverr?

Wordpress Configuration Issues
  • email notifications not being sent​
  • can’t change Admin contact email from [email protected] => [email protected]​
  • can’t post or edit existing posts => Publishing failed. You are probably offline.​
  • Tools | Site Health passes all test​
  • tried using HTTP Headers & Really Simple SLL w/o success​
  • tried disabling all plug-ins w/o success​
  • tried changing active them w/o success​
Along with ongoing monthly maintenance, etc. to keep the site functional.
