Why didn't the soup concept in 'Rat Race Escape' violate the Entry commandment?

Just curious because there are a ton of canned soups on the market, albeit, not very healthy ones.

Did the Need/Relative Value perception of their healthy soup (along with the "animal cruelty" angle) outweigh the potential ease of someone copying their ingredients?

Go start a soup company and your second post will be "goddamn this shit is harder than I thought I didn't know you have to do X, Y and Z just to be allowed to sell food!"

The idea is that you should remember that the harder it is to do something, the less competition there is usually. It's not a rule that says you have to open an aerospace manufacturing company or be doomed.
