Back in the old days, I loved Les Brown.

Even heard my step-son listening to him, apparently there's some old YT videos of his performances out there.

All the out of shape, depressed, sleep deprived, low testosterone guys I see driving to work everyday.

I look at them and think F*ck! 99% of the guys in my city are like this. If I follow in their footsteps I’ll be living just like them.

They inspire me to NOT be like them

MJ himself reading his story. The part of being a 26 year old young adult in credit card debt because of his old spending habits on infomercials and how he got out from being in a low to middle class environment to being self-made. Plus his father was never around, my biological father stepped away when I was three, but I on the other hand have a step-dad that took the reigns. My family was never rich. We weren't even middle-class.

Nick Seavert from JangaFX his story is truly inspiring and honestly I look up to him. I love how he changed his narrative. To me he's a total badass. He has a call in the Fox Web School. I tend to say or think if he can do it so can I.

And whe I was younger, I just always wanted to be at the top so I never had to worry about debt or money ever again. It's always been and still is the main issue today that is spoken alot about my family. My step-dad gets seizures because of it. Money was always a sensitive topic and still is to at some point I even became afraid of it.

I didn't have anyone in my life teach me financial literature, how to write a resume, how to apply for a job, how to conduct interviews to get jobs, what credit was and how to use it. How to finance a vehicle or how to pay rent. I had to do almost everything on my own. How to cook, how to clean, do the dishes, etc etc.

The feeling that I have financially failed myself, all the money I spent puts me in a place of shame. I now at times get scared of one on one's with bosses because im afraid I would lose my job, which thus crumbles my financial state. It just gives me too much anxiety sometimes that I don't think clearly and want to scream. This is what will happen when and if you accept too much financial risk and your job becomes essential and not an option. Now days it's just left over parasitic debt of the past to which I am still paying the prices of the choices I made in my year early 20s. So the young ones that are getting started take note and beware. Learn from my failures.

But these are the two people who inspire me.

Also Greg or @Runum for his view on life, how to tackle on going problems, and helping others by changing your view point that everyone has challenges. It's just a matter of showing empathy and caring for others.

Aaron Powell for his advice and talking with him at our last fastlane meeting In Dallas.

Who you surround yourself with and their mindsets does matter.
