Hello everyone,
today I wanted to take the time to introduce myself to this wonderful forum, so I'm no longer just a lurker in here.
I've been here before, but I had to delete my old account due to some complicated issues.
So:
I'm 19 years old and from Germany.
Currently, I'm starting University (A course which is a mix between computer science and business) and most of my free time, I like to either spend with friends or working on myself (gym, cooking, reading, stuff like Toastmasters, fixing my bad habits, planning, thinking, etc...).
I caught wind of the fastlane about a year ago and while I have yet to truly start my own fastlane, the books and the forum at least got me off my a$$ and working hard for the last few months (before starting uni) to clear my debt and get some savings, also finally allowing me to be clear in what goals I want to pursue in life and starting to get my life in order.
My current plan (which will likely change) for getting towards my own fastlane-path is a rather slow approach:
Focus on uni and improving myself, get at least a bit of experience & skills in business in my "free-free" time. After graduation, get an ok-to-good job and devote all of my free time towards actually getting to the fastlane.
I get that that might sound a bit stupid and maybe I should put more focus on actually getting where I want to be, but in the recent months I have discovered just how many deficiencies I (feel like I) have that I should fix first in order to have a "solid ground" to work towards my goals off.
Of course, I will see if my views and approach might change in the future.
Anyway,
I'm happy to be here and eager to discuss with like-minded people!
P.
P.S.:
I am likely going to edit this post a few times as new stuff comes to mind.
