Which UX layout makes more sense?

This is for a marketplace to hire freelancers to complete tasks physical tasks for you

This would be the freelancers profile page and the services they're offering:

Screen 1

Freelancer lists each task they offer in individual listings

Or

Screen 2

The freelancer lists all the tasks they're able to do with different price points and delivery dates.

UI should be built based on the customer's needs or a desired way to express something.

If you want the freelancers to charge per hour/action then use the first one.

If you want the freelancers to charge per service, then use the second one.

My personal opinion is that both UIs could look way better. You should upgrade and use both of them based on
freelancer's whish of charging method.
