I have an idea for a business, where could I get someone to look over it and confirm it sounds like a business that could be made into an LLC? Or where they would point out why it might not? I have an accountant that's doubtful, and I'm looking for a second opinion from somewhere else? Any suggestions where I could go? Is there a category on this forum where experienced people would see it? Or some specific type of business lawyer?
