Where could I go to have someone evaluate my business idea?

I have an idea for a business, where could I get someone to look over it and confirm it sounds like a business that could be made into an LLC? Or where they would point out why it might not? I have an accountant that's doubtful, and I'm looking for a second opinion from somewhere else? Any suggestions where I could go? Is there a category on this forum where experienced people would see it? Or some specific type of business lawyer?

You live in America? I am pretty sure any "business" can be made into an LLC. An LLC is just a legal structure that separates you from the entity. Also im a total newb when it comes to this sooooo. What r u doing? Why are you unsure that you can form an LLC? Just submit the paper work to the state and pay, then boom you got yourself an LLC.

Assuming you’re in the US, go to legal zoom and it takes 15 minutes. You could do it yourself much cheaper then them, but they make it very straightforward
