Where can I learn what to charge for my services?

Anything considered a "hustle" and not necessarily a CENTS-based Fastlane

So I now have 2 ideas for businesses or side hustles. One is as mobile computer support. The other is as a flat-pack furniture assembler.

I want to jump into this, but I need to know how much to charge per hour, or per job. Anyone know?

I also need to know where to go to pay any fees or apply for any licenses I need. Anyone know anything about this?

I appreciate your help.

I got to some money with a cleaning business.
What you need is to do the work first right now and help people.
After doing the work you will get an understanding for how much you want to get per job.
A rule of thumb is to charge so much that your happy when you get a new customer.

Also No, you dont need to know what to charge. You need to know how to get customers first.
The legal stuff depends on your country. If your american, legal zoom or something like that will do the trick.
