Hi gang!

Just wondering if anyone could break down the technical side of things for a website/app like Break.com. They upload a few select videos every day that they receive from user submissions. Those videos simultaneously are uploaded on the website and released in the app too.

I'm thinking about starting a website like this in Japan, but I'm not sure what's involved as far as the details. Databases, etc?

If anyone can help, or knows someone good who can help, I would greatly appreciate it. We're going to outsource the work (aside from design) somewhere outside of Japan, so if you know anyone in this field looking for work , let me know!!
