I can't recommend this book enough.
It's a short read but it resonated with me so much that I read it over a handful of times.
You should also check out his other book, "It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be".
Paul Arden was an interesting character... he really thought out of the box and knew what separated the movers and shakers from the rest of the herd.
