I think I was mainly taking that saying because I had everyone and their momma telling me what to do with money I don't have yet.

I told my peers that I was going to look outside my circle for answers and that I was done listening to them as it was not benefiting me listening to them. (Trust me, the advice was outlandish at times) I was getting annoyed and frustrated.

I apologize if I came off as being abrasive (not my intention) I am just trying to protect what I have and make sound decisions that will make my life easier or more tolerable.
