I know that nobodey here is a lawyer, but id reallyapriciate to hear your opinion on this guys:

When a German citizen living in Germany starts a company operated from Germany the Legal Texts (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy ...) and Stuff like return Policys (obviesly) has to be under German Law. I am not sure if this is different in my case:

1.All Products are sold us only
2.All Products are produced us only
3.Webside is English only with .com ending
4.The Buisness is operated from german, but only online and has no physical form in other countrys besides the United States what so ever

Does Stuff like the Refund Policy andTerms of Use has to be structured under German Law or Us Law in this case. What about an "Impressum" (Eng: legal notice or imprint)

Thanks for your Opinions !
