What software/online tool should I use to build my websites ?

I just bought 2 domains and both are going to be social media/facebook/twitter types
of websites.

Both are going to have to have people register/sign up and set up profiles, etc.

Any advice on what software &/or online tool would be helpful in setting
these types of sites up ??
