What programming/IT freelancing job's training is the fastest for UpWork? And if I don't train to do the work myself..

How do I learn to outsource properly? I haven't been able to stick to any programming pathway for the last years. Someone in my other thread mentioned just outsourcing everything and it sounds like a great idea but I don't even know who to add value to a business proposal/convince a client of my (nonexistent) abilities. My dream is to get out of my mom's a live in a cheap European city. And if I do get something out of this, I know a lot of people who I can help/redirect to this forum.

Maybe you can watch some of Lex's video's. One way of outsourcing is on Upworks through freelancing etc.
