What (part time) Jobs provide real Value?

Hey Gentlemen,
I am looking for your help. I am a 17 years old and still go to school. I wanted to make money online but I figured that I lack in focus, experience and knowledge. I do lots of things to increase my lacks but I have to learn the mentioned things by getting a job. I have never had a job, but I want to get one where I really learn stuff, like sales for example. I am allowed (by the german laws) to have a Mini Job ( A minijob is a marginal part-time employment. Marginal part-time means that there is a certain earnings limit or a certain time limit. Round about 40 hrs a month)
So I am asking all of you what experiences you had, what jobs you had (maybe as a student as well) and wether you have any Ideas for jobs where I get value.

Small companies. That’s the key to well paid small jobs. To get money to invest in my busienss I work 4 hours every Sunday at a small local tennis club. What’s awesome with small businesses like that is that often, not much is expected from you and you get paid well. I get about $9.5 an hour. Which is not a lot but it’s very good for being 15 year old, not having any work experience, not putting in so much effort. So small jobs like that are really good. The bigger the company the smaller the salary and the bigger the effort you must put it ( for people under 18)
