What language do I use?

Hello all. I have been looking all over the internet for a WordPress plugin to add a "select a city" menu. I cant find one. So I started looking for a script, cant find one of those either. I guess I will have to make one but I don't know what language I would use. I am making a statewide directory and I was wanting to add a "select a county" menu and that would display the providers who sign up with the site.

There's a WordPress plugin for that. You probably weren't searching hard enough.

But if you wanted to know what language you can do that with, use PHP.
