Hi Guys,

We have a company in the US who are potentially open to selling their product to the Australian Market. We would run their Australian site, market the product in Australian and ship it to customers. I was wondering what this arrangement is called? A distributer partnership? Just want to confirm the correct terminology so i can review pros, cons, legal, etc

Cheers!

Exclusive distribution agreement is usually what it’s called. But distributor works too.
