Being mentored by a multi millionaire? No one is being mentored by them. Very select few, I cant believe your saying how easy it is, literally makes no sense.

I've never met a person ever who said "yeah this extremely successful millionaire is teaching me for free, it's cool I see him a few times a week, no biggie"

It can happen for a lot of weird social reasons. Basically anything that allows you to develop a friendship
with them (wealthy people don't only spend time with wealthy people).

A lot of successful people are religious. I have a friend who was offered a mentorship opportunity with a mid 6 figure copywriter because they developed a friendship around their shared religion (very very small religion).

Maybe you have a shared hobby.

Imagine you're rich and you love chess. None of your rich friends play chess so you find people who aren't rich to play chess with. You develop a friendship with someone in an honest way where they don't know you're successful. Later down the line they mention something about what they're working on and you realize you can help them. If you have a friend who you care about and they work their a$$ off and listen to everything you say then it's a pleasure to help them succeed.
