what do you do when you get frustrated?

Recently i have been on a crunch to up my income the past 3 months. I have realized how easily i get frustrated and complain or just waste.

But recently i have had to make much more than my average income this month and i have accomplished. When i am about to get frustrated about a situation i stop..think of my possible solutions, think no longer than 5 minutes, and then do it.

This has helped tremendously and sometimes we do not realize how much time we waste procrastinating or making a big issue out of nothing. Car broke down? lost a business account? getting calls saying you didn't pay your bill when you know you did? cell phone stop working?

You can spend days harping on each of these or get them all solved in under an hour. I have been studying successful people for years now and notice how the wealthy people are all diplomatic and strategic, you never hear them complaining, because at the end of the day there is no reason to talk about it, you have a problem, and always multiple solutions..... you pick one and move on even if its going to hurt your pocket.

Next time before you get angry and complain, think of your options and make a move.
