What do I say to people if the past 3 years I have failed and done nothing else in my life?

I don't even know what to say to people I have haven't seen in a while and new people.

Why do you need to say anything to them? You have been working on you and your business.

The better question you need to be asking is how to accept/deal with/learn from the results ( or as you say no results) that have occurred , since it appears it has a huge impact on your life and mindset.
