WF call today

I thought this was interesting in light of all the credit tightening going on. I got a call today from Wells Fargo wanting to know if I was still in the market for property and financing and was there anything they could help us with. I asked if they would like to help me with the deals I am doing right now(not FHA) and they were polite but not interested. So I got home and fired off an email to my local banker and proposed a pretty large package deal to him. He's always wanting to know how he can help me. He's on vacation until next Monday, we'll see what happens.:cheers:
