* Not sure this is the right section to post this in, but it made the most sense to me.
Does anyone else have a weekly or monthly reset they do? You know that feeling right after you finished the first book? You felt amazing, had a million ideas, etc. What do you do to reset yourself so that you continue with the momentum?
I personally listen to "unfuck yourself" once a month. I travel quite a bit, so listening to an audio book is good for me. I also have quite a few pages marked in Fastlane that I force myself to go back to once a week. I reset on Sunday. I find that if I sit down and read a few things on Sunday and look at my vision board I have much more Drive on Monday.
It is very easy to slip backwards and lose momentum. What do you do to keep the momentum going?
