I'm full of stupid questions tonight.

Can I use this domain? Say for example the domain easyworld.com is available (it's not). Let's say you did a search for "easyworld" and you com up with a company named Easyworld Corporation.

Can you still use easyworld as your company or website name? Can you use easyworld in your logo?

If not I guess I need to buy the domain and call them up to tell them I've got it for them.

Thank-you

I think it depends on whether or not it's a registered trademark or even just a deep pockets company you don't want to mess with.

If you want to name your business ABC Plumbing and find there is another ABC Plumbing in another town or state, that shouldn't be a problem.
