Get a job at Walmart. No seriously, Walmart has a program called Live Better U where they essentially pay for 100% of your college tuition and books so long as you're either a full time or part time employee with them and that you have at least earned your high school diploma or GED. However there are some downsides: (1) You have to remain employed with Walmart throughout the entire duration of whatever you're studying, (2) They don't offer college degrees in everything- only stuff that's in demand in general and is in demand for Walmart's specific interests, (3) It's not in person, it'll be done 100% online via through one of their education partners.
