I am from the Maldives and want to find an investor to build residential apartments in my property but having difficulty in getting the loan it has good returns initial investment returned in 29 months,now i receive $18000 in 12 months so want to add more floors max is 10 after which i would get ( 18000 X 10 = $180000 ) any ideas. On ways to get international investors or money lenders. Would appreciate information on the matter.
If I take a bank loan I ll be in debt and everything I gain will go to a bank.
