Hi!
I am a 35 year old guy, working for one of the largest property management companies in Austria.
I hold a degree (MA) in socioeconomics and had very different plans for my career, but hey I make ends meet and somehow I feel that the "mothership" will call me up soon and I will find my destiny career wise.
My plan would be to buy a medium-sized property management company but supply is bad or the amount asked for is outrageous.
Oh and I am a member of Mensa, which has been of no use for me so far.
I am looking to learn as much as I can from these forums, haven't started to read the book yet. With all this guru/success/business literature flooding the market I have become very sceptical to the delivered content, but I am willing to be convinced.
If you have questions regarding real estate, property management or life in Austria in general, I will happily answer.
