Looking to set up a UK LTD. Any good company formations recently used by members and have had a good experience with?
any Vendors on this forum , providing help with everything required, docs etc?

I used https://www.1stformations.co.uk, pretty cheap and straightforward. That being said, don't try and bother opening a business bank account with Barclays or something. Go with Tide or Starling. Far easier set up and no fees

Are you from UK, or living here? You can open directly online in 5 minutes and pay only 12 pounds.
