Trouble sleeping. Advice please

I had not heard about blue light contributing to wakefulness. that is interesting! Those blue blocking glasses are also great for driving or going shooting. It is amazing how cutting blue light enhances your visual acuity as well.

Melatonin works wonders for me and doesn't leave me feeling foggy or drowsy the next day. I have 6mg a night and generally sleep quite well.

Unfortunately it's prescription only here in Australia, however I've had success ordering it through eBay or US sites and it has always passed customs without issue. I'd certainly recommend it as a 'natural' sleep aid.
