I've always been a pretty good developer and it's because I "did" it every day. I haven't done the same in my business products and the results are tell tail.

I'm trying to think of all of the skills I need to improve in order to be a better entrepreneur:
  • Copywriting
  • Sales
  • Designing great sales pages
  • Customer service
  • Vetting market place needs and understanding what people will pay for
  • Creating market experiments to test what are the highest potential needs and if the solution will be accepted.
  • Learning hacks like pre-sales
  • Managing and outsourcing successfully
What are habits you practice in your business daily to get to those 10,000 reps? I'm curious.

You might want to check out http://personalmba.com/ and http://personalmba.com/best-business-books/ the author names all the important skills in business.

For me leadership skills are the most important. If you have true leadership skills, you can build a team of people who are all top-notch in all the important skills needed to succeed in business. You can never master all the skills needed to build a successful business (this doesn't mean you can't get pretty good at them / build a successful business on your own) but if you have great leadership skills you can persuade people who have mastered the different skills to work for you.

The great example of what's possible if you are an awesome leader is Richard Branson.
