So, I had an "I hate this" moment this morning and I wanted to get your opinion on a potential business idea.
I frequently purchase music on amazon.com and call me me old school, but I actually still like getting the actual CD in my hands. I do occasionally buy the MP3 version and I love the immediacy of it, however I still would like the CD. The first thing I do when receive a new CD is rip into digital format for listening on my computer/portable device/etc.
So as I ordered 2 new CDs this morning, I was thinking that I really wish I had access to the digital download version so that I could listen to it right away and that it doesn't seem right that I have to wait for to be shipped just to listen to it.
Maybe I'm missing something regarding licensing and I'm not sure I would want to compete with amazon but maybe there is a way make this happen. Thoughts?
